SNOWMOBILING IN Enderby
Heed the hunter’s call

Just east of Enderby is the Hunters Range Trail System, considered to be the best snowmobile range in Canada and a great RV area in the summer. The Hunters Range Snowmobile trails cover approximately 200 square kilometres of riding area with both groomed and ungroomed trails.

The Hunters Range Snowmobile Association (HRSA) chalet is open for day use and is surrounded by trails and meadows ideal for families. Only experienced riders should snowmobile north of the saddle. Travel to Mara Mountain should only be done in ideal weather and snow conditions. The range stretches from the majestic Enderby Cliffs to Mabel Lake. The rolling hills of beautiful alpine meadows make this area ideal for snowmobiling in the winter and horseback riding in the summer months.

The snowmobiler will find approximately 200 square kilometres of alpine meadows and bowls as well as challenging hills for all levels of riding abilities.

This is the home to the HRSA which sponsors a number of events including the popular Snowarama in February. This group has developed a day chalet and a shelter, and recently identified the groomed and non-groomed trails with signs. A trail map is available from the Ministry of Forests.

ENDERBY & DISTRICT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The summer season in Enderby, BC, offers days filled with sunshine in one of the most beautiful spots on earth. But Enderby is also a great place to visit in the winter, thanks to nearby Hunters Range, one of British Columbia's most popular snowmobile destinations.

Some of the driest powder around can be found on these trails, maintained by the 160-member Hunters Range Snowmobile Association for the past 28 years.

The approximately 90 kilometres of groomed trails feature riding terrain suitable to all riders. Whether you're into the steep and deep hill climbing or carving in the meadows—Hunters Range has it all. Average snowfall is 12 to 22 feet in the alpine.

Check out the Hunters Range events calendar on the web—there are some dates you won't want to miss—and look for regular updates on trail conditions.
