SNOWMOBILING IN Winnipeg
Winter Wonderland!
Ah, the beauty of Winnipeg in winter!

Winnipeg is located in the southeastern portion of the province of Manitoba, only 2 hours from the Ontario border and about an hour to the border of our neighbours to the south, if you’re driving a car, that is. Riding your snowmobile will take you a little longer to reach your destination, but you’ll have a lot more fun getting there!

Although there is no snowmobiling allowed in the city of Winnipeg itself, there are loads of trail systems leading from just outside the city limits to all corners of the province which are maintained by 48 snowmobile clubs throughout Manitoba.

Winnipeg is well known for having the most restaurants per capita so you’ll never run out of wonderful places to dine while in this well lit city. The streets of Portage Avenue and Main Street are decorated in Christmas lights as far as the eye can see. With the lights glistening against the snow, the sight is spectacular.

We have numerous hotels and motels to accommodate you, where you can unwind and relax after a busy, invigorating day on the trails. There are dozens of night clubs and casinos scattered throughout the city for those who enjoy the night life of a large city. For those who enjoy shopping, Winnipeg has numerous malls, boutiques and markets to please even the most discriminating consumer.
