Snowmobiling in Haines Junction

Thrill of a lifetime

Be prepared for the thrill of a lifetime riding in the Kluane area surrounding Haines Junction, we get more snow here than anywhere else in the Yukon. Headquarters for Kluane Kational Park, Haines Junction overlooks the High Coastal Peeks of the St. Elias and Wrangell Ranges. We have a population of 800 and all the modern amenities. You can find all you need under “business listings” on our website www.hainesjunctionyukon.com. Trail maps are also available at the local business.

One of the great things about Haines Junction is being able to leave from your hotel and go in any direction following trails that take you up into the mountains where there is endless snow. Whether You bring your own snowmobiles or are renting from one of the local business, snowmobile security is not a problem. The club has 55 members and you can find them riding together most weekends or participating in one of our Poker Runs.

The spring riding is incredible, trailer 1 hour to the Haines Summit were every Easter Weekend 300 to 400 snowmobilers from the Yukon and Alaska conglomerate with their RV’s and lots of gas. Every day you see groups of riders heading in every direction for endless Km’s of riding and your lucky if you run into them again. There are more untouched areas to ride, and it is for all riders experienced or not. With a spectacular view and never-ending amounts of snow and areas to ride Haines Junction is your Snowmobile destination. Hey we are just a short cheap flight away with not so many people but definitly all the snow you need. Kind of like your own private playground.
