Snowmobile season and SEIS scoping end at Yellowstone: New beginnings?

On March 15, 2012, the oversnow access by snowmobile and snowcoach ended for the 2011-2012 winter season.  In addition, on March 9, 2012 Scoping for the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to create a new Winter Use Plan also ended.  Let me take a moment to thank all those interested in the future of snowmobile access to Yellowstone National Park for commenting. Polaris hill climbers win seven class titles

Polaris snowmobile hill climbers won seven class titles—more than any other brand—and Keith Curtis won Stock King of the Hill honours at the 2012 Jackson Hole World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb. Curtis won three class titles in addition to his Stock King title in competition held March 22 - 25 on Snow King Mountain in the scenic Wyoming resort city.

Tucker Hibbert on the mend after suffering internal injuries

Monster Energy/Arctic Cat's Tucker Hibbert suffered internal injuries after crashing in a downhill section at the ISOC Nielsen Enterprises Grand Finale Saturday evening in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Snow angels give back
